Each group buy runs through a creator (KOL) link. Open their link, add what you like to your cart and pay. Their group-buy price is applied automatically, so there are no discount codes to hunt for. Items in the Popi Store can be bought without a link.

Group-buy prices belong to the creator who is running that group buy. Opening their link tells us whose group buy you are joining, and that is what unlocks the price.

One order uses one creator's prices. If you add something from a different creator, we will ask whether to keep your current cart or start a new one.

For a limited time after you add them (your cart shows how long is left), or until the group buy closes, whichever comes first.

Shipping is worked out from the weight of your order and where it goes: West Malaysia, East Malaysia or Singapore. Each group buy sets its own free-shipping amount; your cart and checkout show it, and the exact fee, before you pay.

A group buy ships after it ends; its page says when. Popi Store orders ship within the working days shown at checkout. West Malaysia delivery usually takes 2 to 6 working days after that.

Not on your cart. One parcel carries up to 15 kg, because the courier charges a different rate above that, so a heavier cart is split into parcels of up to 15 kg each. You still pay once, and free shipping counts on the whole cart.

Online banking (FPX), credit or debit card and Touch 'n Go eWallet through iPay88, or a bank transfer using your order number as the reference.

No. Checkout is as a guest. To see your order later, use your order number and the last 4 digits of your phone number on the Track order page.
