Refund policy

POPINATION.COM RETURN POLICY

Important:

1. All Sales are Final.

2. No cash refund on any defective items. We will do replacements only. (Damaged / broke items)

3. No cash refund on not suitable, not match, change mind situation.

4. All SALE and promotional-priced items are non-returnable & non-refundable

5. Customers can replace damaged / wrong / faulty items within 24 hours from date received for an exchange of the purchased item.

6. Orders cannot be cancelled once it is processed. No refunds and cancellation will be entertained.

 

What if I received a damaged product?

Firstly, we apologise if the products received is damaged.

1. Please contact us via the contact us form, via email at tanya.popination@gmail.com, or via WhatsApp at +60123735428

2. Replacement request must be informed as soon as possible within 24 hours after receiving.

3. NO RETURNS. Only replacements are possible for hygiene purposes. 

4. Customer can request for a replacement of the same item.

5. Customers would be required to send a picture or video of the faulty / damaged items. Upon receiving the media files, inspection will be made.

6. Popi remains the right to refuse any replacements, exchange and refund at our website without any confirmation letter or notice.
